30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our training. If you are not satisfied with the Ticket Media Buyer Master program for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 calendar days from the date of your purchase.
How to Request a Refund
- Send an email to contact@tickets-arena.store with the subject line “Refund Request”.
- Include your full name and the email address used at the time of purchase.
- Optionally, let us know why you’re requesting a refund so we can improve our training.
Processing Time
Refund requests are acknowledged within 48 hours and processed within 14 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout (via Whop/Stripe).
Conditions
- The refund request must be made within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.
- This guarantee applies to the initial purchase only. It cannot be used repeatedly for the same product.
- Upon refund, your access to the training content on the Whop platform will be revoked.
Legal Context
This 30-day money-back guarantee is a commercial guarantee offered voluntarily by InnovaCar SASU. It is separate from and in addition to your statutory rights under French consumer law, including the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217-3 to L.217-14 of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code).
